First day at Regalia. So far, super impressed with the attitude of staff members here. Nice and clean rooms. It was very nice of them to upgrade my room as well.

Islamabad Regalia Hotel is very good hotel of the city located at G-6 sector. It is the best for family stays and family events or conferences etc.Rooms and washrooms are clean and upto standards of Best Western hotel.Buffet breakfast and orher meals had a wide variety of food.Location is ideal, motorways are near and hill stations route is also near.I had a very good experience of staying there. Dream comes true

Firstly, the good stuff.The rooms are neat and clean with comfy beds and furniture. The staff on duty, especially at breakfast were exemplary, as was the food. Fresh Pakistani options alongside the usual continental fayre. I cannot fault this aspect of the stay.The room service was also impressive. Chinese food that was made Fresh to order was both tasty and plentiful. Well done room service and kitchen team.Reception also helped me organise transport to help with shopping and sightseeing.Then the not so good.Upon checking in to my room, it became clear that my room had been downgraded. Despite the room being booking many weeks in advance. No real reason given, and an awkward conversation upon check out where no refund on the room rate difference was offered trying to reason with the front desk staff. Really unprofessional and sour end to what had been a pleasant stay in Pakistan's capital.Despite the above, I'm going to give them a 2nd chance as I'm staying there in 2 weeks. I hope that this time they can make up for the unnecessary issues from last time.

Very bad experience, we have booked for Valima function, taste was so so, after first serving, management dodged us, especially on ladies side their serving was very very painful. Ladies were remained hungry, after many requests, the management even not bothered.In short very very bad experience.Not advise anyone to book it for any function, marriage halls and marquees are much much better than RegaliaDr Abdul Jabbar, Islamabad

Stayed for the first time and found it not less than Ramada and Best Western in food quality and services. The staff is very cooperative and humble. The location is good in a sense that one can easily access the market and other places, otherwise it is located in the midst of streets of Aabpara, which is unusual for such category of hotels.
